{The Guide}
1.Buy any amount of "Mole Claw"/"Mole Hide"s in the Grand Exchange. Record the price. I have bought Mole Skins even though the claws are cheaper because the claws do not sell easily. I have purchased 200 mole skins for 2,239,800 Rs Money , (2.2398M)

2. Teleport to falador. Easy enough, huh?

3.Go to Falador's east bank, and bank your hides/claws. Withdraw one inventory full and run to Winston in the house north of the bank in Falador Garden. Offer to trade him your claws/skins for nests. Do not loot any yet, first focus on banking all nests that you receive.

4.Now we have traded all our hides/skins for nests. Unbank 14 nests at a time and loot them. Hope for things like Yew seeds/Maple seeds/Magic seeds, as these are the highest priced items to get. Magic seeds are around 300k and yews around 80k. Maples are 30k each about but are more common. In the picture below, I have finished looting all of them and crushing the nests with the pestle and mortar. I received 2 magic seeds and 2 yews seeds. Nice!

5.Okay, everything is ready to be sold.
Remember I spent 2,239,800GP.
I ended up making 2,840,069GP by selling those items.

Therefore, I made 600,269GP.
The full cycle took me 14 minutes and 10 seconds timed.

To find out the average GP/hr, use this formula (proportion):

60/T = X
T= Time in minutes. using my own trial this would be 60/14.10= 4.255
X= what we are solving for.
Now, with the X, in my case 4.255, multiply that by the amount made (600,269)
Amount made = (price of seeds/crushed nests - cost of skins/claws)

600,269GP x 4.255 = 2,554,144GP an hour.

REMEMBER, your profits will ALWAYS BE DIFFERENT. Getting lucky is the key to making more money!
